# The Vomela Companies Acquire Commerical Printer Elk Grove Graphics

The Vomela Companies of St. Paul, Minnesota announced it has completed the acquisition of Elk Grove Graphics, of the Chicagoland area. The acquired business will continue to operate under the name “Elk Grove Graphics” and will operate as a division of C2 Imaging, LLC a unit of The Vomela Companies.
Elk Grove Graphics specializes in helping companies personalize their customer experience through data driven messaging. Michael Stanley, who served as president and an owner of Elk Grove Graphics, will continue to lead the acquired business as division president. Mr. Stanley is enthusiastic about joining The Vomela Companies network, stating that, “Elk Grove Graphics could not have found a better home—the intimate operational model that our customers experience is very similar to The Vomela Companies approach to business. Our affiliation with The Vomela Companies nationwide network magnifies our service offerings which means our current and prospective customers receive a more enriched end-to-end experience.”
Tim Wieland, Executive Vice President of Vomela, stated, “We are constantly evolving and part of this important evolution is the ability to personalize experiences for our clients. The acquisition of Elk Grove Graphics better positions us in customizing consumer print campaigns. With a sophisticated and agile approach, the Elk Grove Graphics team implements HIPAA Compliant and Soc II Type I certified campaigns in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, and Associations/Non-Profits industries. This partnership gives us a strong mid-west presence for certified commercial print services which will provide many of our existing divisions added value in their customer relationships. The entire network and our customers benefit, which made this a really good fit.”
