ST. PAUL, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Vomela Companies of St. Paul, Minnesota, announced it has completed the acquisition of the assets of Palmer Printing of Chicago, IL. The acquired company will roll its operations into Elk Grove Graphics, a Vomela network company based in the Chicago suburb of Elk Grove Village.
Palmer Printing, a full-service print and multi-channel marketing provider specializing in printing, online storefronts, campaign management, direct mail, and fulfillment, has operated in the Chicago area for more than 80 years.

Since being acquired by the Auth family in 1990, Vomela has grown from $3 million to approximately $300 million in annual revenues. The company employs more than 1,300 people in 24 cities across the U.S. and Canada.
