# Vomela CEO is an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year 2013 Finalist

Vomela Specialty Company today announced that Chief Executive Officer, Tom Auth, has been named a finalist in the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2013 program in the Upper Midwest. Now in its 27th year, the Ernst & Young awards program recognizes outstanding entrepreneurs who demonstrate excellence and extraordinary success in such areas as innovation, financial performance and personal commitment to their businesses and communities. Finalists were selected by a panel of independent judges and regional award winners will be announced at a special gala on June 13, 2013 at the Marriott City Center hotel in Minneapolis, MN. The final results of the Ernst & Young National Entrepreneur Of The Year Overall Award winner, will be announced at the annual awards gala in Palm Springs, California, on November 16, 2013.
Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur Of The Year is the world’s most prestigious business award for entrepreneurs. The unique award makes a difference through the way it encourages entrepreneurial activity among those with potential, and recognizes the contribution of people who inspire others with their vision, leadership and achievement. Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur Of The Year Awards are nationally sponsored in the United States by SAP America and the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation. Sponsors for the Upper Midwest program include Padilla Speer Beardsley, Faegre Baker Daniels and Twin Cities Business. Locally, the program is sponsored by Lockton Companies, Sálo and the Pohlad Companies.
The Vomela family of businesses are engaged in the design, manufacture and installation of graphics products for a wide array of markets.
