Vomela Customer Satisfaction in 2019

At The Vomela Companies, measuring how well we meet our customers’ needs and expectations is extremely important in ensuring the high standards of quality and service we set for ourselves. This is what differentiates us in the marketplace, and it’s possible thanks to the commitment and dedication of our more than 1,300 employees.

When it comes to overall satisfaction, 85% of our customers are satisfied with our services, and 79% of our respondents said we rate higher than our competitors that offer the same services. This is a direct reflection of our commitment to quality in everything we do - from first contact to final installation.

Through the satisfaction survey, we also found that 95% of respondents are likely to continue working with The Vomela companies. In the results, they chose Vomela for our professional team members, responsive and friendly customer service, detailed knowledge base, and consistent quality. These are the sorts of things that make Vomela what is has been for more than 71 years.

In the next year, we look forward to continually providing our customers with the quality and service they've come to expect.
