The Vomela CARES program represents five values that we aim to embody daily: Commitment, Accountability, Respect, Excellence, and Service. Our goal is to unite and inspire people by what is possible. The CARES principles guide the way we treat each other and work together while we strive to bring impactful visual graphics to the brands we serve.
We are actively creating an internal culture of respect and support. But we are also continuing these principles by providing services to the communities where we exist. We want to play a role in our communities that we can be proud of. Engaging our employees in volunteer work and allowing them to share these positive experiences does just that.
We believe in a shared values approach to drive positive social change. The engagement and development of our employees is a catalyst for that change. All our companies are a gathering of people who live in local communities we serve. Our greatest gifts to share are what we do as a company and as individuals. Our locations across the country employ the same vision and in turn, share these gifts in their communities.
We serve our communities by partnering with local nonprofits and hosting community events. We also encourage our employees to participate in mentoring programs or on boards and advisory committees. By volunteering both as a team and individually, we fulfill one of Vomela’s strategic pillars.
Our employees feel great about the positive contributions they are making. "What resonated with me was the message of doing good things for the community," said Shannon Gottschall of Vomela Commercial Group. "It's wonderful to give back and consider others."
